I'm an introvert and shy person too and spent a lot of my life being afraid of opening myself to people. A few years ago, after a long period of therapy with a psychologist, i've started to open myself to people and I am still on this slow process of change, but I feel so much better and the friends that I've made since this process started helped me a lot get where I am today. Thank you for sharing this with us, makes me feel important, and know that we will always be here for you!

Hello! Wonderful video! I really needed it, yesterday was terrible, I got deathly sick from MSG, and had another bad ASMR experience. I'm thinking about not watching the 5 channels I still watch, except for yours. It was weird hearing you say how shy you are, because from my perspective you look like a model and should be super confident like Wonder Woman. We often don't see what others see.
