No Offense guys! I love your show. I have a question, Why the hosts (Almost everybody in sri Lanka) have their phone in their hands when they host a show. Don't you think it's bit unprofessional to do that. Where I come from never seen anybody have a phone in their hand while they work. I have never seen Anderson Cooper has a phone when he goes out their in the field when he reports. If its a Sri Lankan thing I apologize. Is having a fancy phone (Apple or android) a big thing over there? My other question while you do the shoot if you get a call will you pick up? I bet you do and then you re shoot the whole segment. In that case why you have your phone. You could give it to the cameraman or put it in your phone. It's just an innocent observation guys! I followed you guys when i was in the market to buy a house. I think all houses that for sale (Everywhere) is overpriced in Sri Lanka for what ever the reason. My advice is to the buyers give a counteroffer for 50% off and then work your way up. Don't go for more than 60% and that's that's profitable for them.
