Judge Judy, I believe as u do about HR’s ability to have u jump through hoops. Why does HR have so much power? Do we need to eliminate HRs & have Unions instead?Just a frustrated thought. 🤔
@@nicolebelk2161 I don’t think that a lot of HRs are really protecting the employees. Let’s face it, HR is as good as the people running it. Some people do their job excellently. While others aren’t quite up to the same standards as the excellent ones. I truly believe that a company/job is as good as its HR & management is. There are the two whom really controls everything. Some weld power & some weld fairness.
@@avaadore3362 I was management educated & believed I was trained at a very unusual time. It was a time where people were held accountable. Some of my training was the way I was raise by parents that a hand shake or your word was solid. In my management training, I was taught to treat your employees as you would want to be treated. I also have a standing rule; 3 strikes & u r out. I rarely give, on that rule, even with myself. If I can’t make it in 3 tries, I evaluate my lesson & move on, but learn from it. That’s is what’s important! Don’t blame or bring others down for my short comings. Do your best, be honest, give them the proper training, respect, & build confidence in your employees. We are a TEAM in the whole scheme of things. Enough preaching from me. Just a thought for people to consider. Do the above things & a HR may not be necessary?
The three drunk guys were very funny.😂

HR is too prevent lawsuits filed by the employees and to make sure they are in a safe environment.

@@user-bn3rk9tk8d I know that's right
Even companies with unions need an HR department. You wouldnt get paid, have benefits, training, merit increases, etc without HR.
