Traditional Irish Apple Cake | Perfect for St. Patrick's Day!

This Irish Apple Cake is a family recipe that is very close to my heart and heritage, and is enjoyed not only on St. Patrick's Day, but year round. We love to serve it with traditional Irish custard sauce, or to keep it simple, caramel sauce and ice cream!
