I watched a lot of stuff on CZcams on these cars, I've noticed these cars either win by little or lose by a lot.
They aren't the best platform out their a great one though non the less its also a luxury muscle car so slot of the times its going against things that weight a lot less and have more mods but I am also a fanboy for the ctsv so theirs that
V's? Its FUNNY that you actually say that... YOU say "they seem to either win by a little or a lose by alot" (i'm guessing your a mustang or bmw driver who LOST to a V personally? lol) because i've watched probably EVERY cadillac V video out on youtube at this point especially ATS-V's and they've taken EVERYTHING down from Mclarens, Redeyes, to BMW M5 CS, Mercedes AMG 63, To Audi RS5's, ETC and ALWAYS win. I've only found about half a dozen V's that have lost after watching 100's of videos of the V's but hey maybe you're watching 2004' Cadillac V's. That doesn't count now does it? LOL. If were going back to 2004 ....SRT 10's are so SLOWWWWW. haha 😉
@@EliteOnTheBeat No..I own a third Gen Supra with a 2jz. At least I'm being honest about that and I did used to own a 2012 sedan that was white V. Sounds like you got stuck with one, mine had 19.5 k miles on it when I purchased it in 2016, I got it for 50k with 18k down, being a trucker I could save easily. I never lowered it it was bone stock looking, I refreshed the chrome rims that were on there which were 19s not a scratch on those Wheels. It had some sort of candid license plate in the front that I bought from some Canadians for 175 bucks. And that's all I did with looks with it. It had the fluiddyine SC cooler, up graded lid but I never touched the brick, upgraded supercharger pump I bought on eBay for $250, and a very large Reservoir made by HR. It had water injection with stock distilled water pumping through it no meth I tap that into the map sensor there was no switch for the intake. Billy Boat downpipes, ls3 throttle body with the K&N drop in kit that I had to alter the air box for but it worked great. And I drilled two small holes before the OEM Muffler on both sides. I beat a GT350 by a few cars I don't know what was in it but that was my closes race. It not having a dipstick for the transmission I never knew how much transmission fluid I had in it so I topped it off because that's what the owner said that they do.. One day the drive shaft gave out and started spreading grease everywhere. Then the transmission wasn't working a few times when I was in gear which got me kind of upset. I end up getting an aluminum drive shaft from the drive shaft shop out of the Carolinas under warranty for my local Marvin K brown Cadillac didn't have a driveshaft available for 3 months. So I went through the warranty I paid for when I bought the car they agreed to pay for the drive shaft since it was cheaper anyways that took a month to get. I sold the car owning $10,000 on it for 35k to some guy in Fresno I still keep in touch with him and he still has the car. It had 29.5 Thousand Miles when I sold it in 2020.
Oh and I did my warranty with the snout by myself for I never knew that the dealership did it for free when I purchased it and clean some of the aluminum dingleberries out of the snout whilst I was down there. Never touched the pulley it had stock boost.

Guy at 2:16 made me cringe when he kept tugging on the obviously locked door we haven't evolved enough to understand that if you pull on a handle or turn a knob and the freaken thing doesnt open then it means it's not going to open
