I needed to hear this....I was really hating who I was when I looked in the mirror...went Into a deep depression, stopped hardly smiling or talking...my heart very heavy...it felt like everyone I loved dismissed me...my kids father left me to take care of my kids by myself and taking care of someone else’s child, providing me with no finanacial assistance at all and hardly almost never seeing his children, and I did nothing to him, my brother stopped talking to me because of his girlfriend telling lies...etc.. my heart is so big and I was feeling like that was my down fall. I’ve given up my life for my children and forgot about myself, waking up down and sad going to bed down and sad:...I truly needed this!!

Please believe that it is the power of the Holly Spirit that is filling you up. It is Jesus Christ's Holly Spirit that connects us to God the Father. We have to repent are our sims and ask for the Holly Spirit to show us the way we need to change to be more Christ like. No I did not believe until two years ago. Since I have also had so much change in myself. No I will never be perfect. He starts to change us and show us are sins when we ask him to come into our heart. We never stop learning, its a born again type of process and renewal of a way of life.We start to learn the love we need to spread. It will help others as well as are self. At 47 I hope that I may lead others to meet our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and see the radical changes that can be made through us from him. I also pray that he returns so everyone may bow down to him. It says to pray for his Return in Revelations. As are world becomes more dangerous for us all , well I pray for return of Christ. Dear Mandeep I foung depression subsides when youe eat very heathy foods, such as fruits, like hight antioxidant fruits such as strawberries, blackberries, blackberries, frozen, or fresh, avoid tomatoes, however, and eat vegetables like cauliflower, carrots and broccol asparagus, green leafy vegetatles like salads like Romaine Lettuce, spinach salad, kale greens and also various nuts, especially hazelnuts, or brasil nuts, walnuts, and almonds as well as Whole grains like Oatmeal, instaht packets or cookig in a pot and also drink a good amount of water a half hour or more after meals, and drink water frequently during your day,, . Use Tumeric ( a great antioxidant, ) to season and drink coffee or green or herbal tea in the morning or early in the afternoon, but never cofee in the evenig, as coffee in evening can disturb your sleep.. Do deep breathing excersises when you get into bed at night, for about 4 minutes only about 2-4 minutes, then exhale after each deep breath. You'll ( probably feel sleepy following this and hopefully drift off. sleepy ) Take short walks ion your srteet, read, , sit out on your balcony, or in your backyard if you have one , reading or warering potted plants or some gardening if this is enjoyable to you, Call friends and neighbors, family, mm If you drik alcohol in moderation a few times a wek such as red wine

As always this message came at the right time. I have low self esteem. I never thought I could have been forgiven for the mistakes that I have made in my life. But as of today I will say the words, “I know you approve me, I WILL approve myself”.
God is looking for people with a perfect heart. People look on the outside but God looks at a heart turned before God. God changes us from glory to glory. I am not a finished product. When I'm broken inside and no one knows. The only words that came out on me was "LORD HELP ME, I NEED YOU, PLEASE LET ME OVERCOME THIS" and yes after a couple of days "GOD ANSWERED MY PRAYER" I finally overcome the heartaches and pain I felt after break up. This sermon by far has Chaaaaaaaaaaaaanged my life 360° . I now able to easily understand the scriptures. When I say thank you. I feel that so deeply that my energy is all consumed and grounded. I really feel so grateful that I cannot actually feel myself anymore. God knows that. May your Church be eternally, I mean eternally blessed!!!!! This August I will get my new job. I have no signs of it happening yet for the physical world. But God already promised me that so I will have it. In December 2021, as my Christmas Kindness I will donate my one month salary to this Church. That is the least of what I can do to be grateful.
