Larry’s pain and fury is palpable and completely valid. I am angry for, and with, them. The Woodcock’s haven’t even been able to give JJ a proper burial yet - they won’t release his body to them. I mean, there are so many things stacking up. I pray that all of these wrongs are righted.
I’m really worried about him. This has obviously crushed him even further. I hope Lori and Chad will at least get life in prison so that Larry and Kay can have some peace.

I don’t think the Judge is corrupt I think he took the death penalty off the table as a way to justify all of the late evidence coming in. I am furious that the Prosecutors waited until last minute to hand over what was required of them, BY the 27th not ON! They are not fluid in court, its so entirely frustrating and sad!

I don't understand how the judge ruled this way. They got the evidence in, yes, the day of, but they weren't late, and some of it was recent. This is horrible 🤬

My heart is ABSOLUTELY breaking for these 2 grandparents 💔💔💔! It's a shame what Judge Boyce is adding to their sorrow! He has fumbled this case from the beginning and it's going to be appealed with the quickness because of him!!! Not allowing cameras is WRONG he has messed up so much he don't want the public to see how incompetent he actually is in my opinion, sadly. When voting time comes, I pray the people vote him out!!!

I stand with the Woodcox family. I am outraged as an Idaho resident. I blame the prosecutor who is LDS and I wonder if the judge is LDS as well. Justice for JJ and Tylee. Outraged and not only that but the lack of transparency of the trial being broadcast is speaking volumes about the s***show going on.

This should never have happened! I feel so deeply for Kay & Larry. They have been such a beacon of strength and shown so much patience throughout all of this. They have every right to be livid. I do hope that the state will appeal this ASAP, along with getting Judge Boyce removed from this case. I know everyone thinks that would delay the case, but a good judge, a fair judge, a judge with nothing to hide (lack of experience, ties with the LDS church) could take over and get this case back on the right track, with no or little delay, I'm sure of it. This case deserves that much. The victims deserve it, the families deserve it and the rights of the defendants do not override the rights of the victims. That seems to be all he's worried about. TRANSPARENCY is needed here. This court needs to release those kids to the family so they can at least put them to rest. I am so ashamed of this justice system. We must do better!

Lori and Chad are perfect examples as to WHY there is the DEATH PENALTY. Their crimes against other human beings are beyond the pale. The people need to see how unrepentant, cold and callous Lori and Chad are. Not allowing cameras? Not allowing the death penalty? How can the court possibly hurt these grandparents any further? Local news reports talk about the COST TO THE STATE. Not everything is about money, JUSTICE being ONE.

I agree with Larry… I do not understand why the judge is being so stubborn by not letting cameras in the courtroom.
I didn’t like it when he stopped allowing cameras in during all the pretrial hearings but I understood why. I don’t get why during the trial. The jury would already be set so it couldn’t hurt jury selection. What is he so afraid of being seen in his courtroom… is he wanting to hide something? Does he not want anyone to see how he handles the courtroom and trial therefore no one can criticize him? It’s beyond unfair for the families but it’s also unfair for the public.

The death penalty comes with an automatic appeal, years of waiting for it to wind slowly in that process. Each hearing comes with a notice, in a multi-year ordeal. It can be searched, but I think it is decades-long. It seems to be more torturous. One convict said he preferred the accommodations during that time.
Can they replace this judge he seems to be smitten by Lori like her first lawyer. He does not seem to know what he is doing in most instances ..... memories of OJ Simpsons judge sad for the family sad for the children he is so not the judge for this trial he should go back to school what is his background what has he done in the past he wants to PLEASE the defendants and their lawyers no cameras in the courtroom because he would be accountable, and he is so not accountable to date

I have read that the Mormon church is very very controlling in both Utah and Idaho especially. I was talking with my husband about this. We both agree that “Mr” Boyce is a crooked judge. We also have a suspicion that maybe Lori is doing sexual favors for this man. In this crazy world, anything is possible. Again, my heart goes out to Kay and Larry.

My anger is towards the prosecution. They were so set on having these trials together and not taking into account her rights for a speedy trial. I believe this is why we are here.
