That's actually a very Portuguese thing from his generation. I remember growing up and my father and uncles would said these "sheeshh" (which in Portuguese is "xiiiii") when they saw something outrageous.
Its actually "TXIIIII" in portuguese, or just "XIIIIII" the "I" has the "E" sound.

When we asked you to film a video with Jose Mourinho, this isn't exactly what we had in mind but this is still an amazing video because we don't often get to see him like this, just chilled out relaxed having a normal chat but still giving us some great insight as well!
We all know he's a world class football manager but I think this video shows that he's just genuinely a really nice genuine guy too, I know some people don't like him but idc I do I love him!
