Following the ecstasy teachings of a famous Indian Guru online, young seeker Mariano has an ecstatic spiritual experience. Having now found Maharishikaa’s videos, and learning about the dangers of triggering Kundalini through practices which take the seeker into cosmic states - much like the practices he was doing - he asks Maharishikaa for guidance.

I followed this guru too for quiet a while and did this " i am not the body, i am not even the mind" meditation on a daily basis. After a month I stopped, questioning everything I chanted every day, because if i am not the body and not the mind, then what am i? Pure consciousness? If that is the case, then why do i have a body and a mind? Then why do i live on earth and not in a higher realm where they don't have bodies? I stopped following his 150+ channels several years ago after i started questioning everything he said and suggested. And when i found out that he is a member of the WEF and buddies with these evil characters there, I couldn't believe that I once admired this person. I guess we all know who he is and that he is only about the money. He couldn't care less about what happens to people as he clearly stated, he wants less souls on this earth. (depopulation agenda) would be another word for it. Be careful whom you follow and what you believe.
Is prologed breathwork with breath holds is taking you out of this world? Because its also an ecstatic state?
