Diagnosis of Liver cirrhosis is established by radiological imaging like USG, CT Scan, etc and through Liver biopsy. Blood reports don't establish cirrhosis.

Dear Rohit, First you consult a dietician and prepare a diet plan. Protein rich Diet plays a significant role in liver cirrhosis. Second, medicines are given to control the symptoms of the patient and slow down the progression of disease. None of the medicine is available which can reverse decompensated liver cirrhosis to normal. So, my advise is to consult a gastroenterologist who will access overall complications, adjust the dose of diuretics according to serum electrolytes (it's not easy for all doctors) and advice other required vitamins, minerals, etc. in appropriate dose.

Iske liye aap Physical exercise kare, Dietician se apni diet chart banwakar khane ka dhan rakhe aur qualified Physician (MD Medicine) ya Gastroenterologist se timely consult karte hue medicines time par lete rahe. In sabhi se is disease Mai complications ko hone se roka ja sakta hai. Please take care of your health.

Coarse echo texture of liver is found in many conditions prior to cirrhosis. You are advised to go for Fibroscan followed by CECT abdomen.

, 2018 se liver cirrhosis hung alcohol,, 2019 tak bed me pada raha,, forcefully exercise suru kiya bed me he,, thori din k baat 2 minutes, 3 minutes walk uske baat 5km,10 km 15 km 35 km daily walk,, 2020 se gym 🏋️♂️ join kiya aaj aapna gym me sabse strong me he hung bench press me 80 kg to 100 kg, squatting me 90 kg se 120 kg,deadlift me 145 kg to 165 kg,, roz 2 hrs, week me 6 days gym krta hung, aur mera age 55yrs he Dec me 56 hojayega,,body weight 80.5 kg maintains krta hung, mera bimari ka gussa/ anger gym me nikalta hung,, I don't want to live feeling week,, marna sabko he isme tension lena sordiya, , special treatment k peisa bhi nhi,,, toh khut ko Shambhalna sikhgaya ,healthy diets, high protein plus liver friendly fruits, vegetables, ,regular calcium plus high dose vitamin d3 leta hung ,3 mahine me 1 strip vitamin e leta hung,,, roz lemon 🍋 beetroot juice,,,green tea ya black coffee, ,aur namak bahut kam leta hung,,,, tension mat lijiyega khutka dhyan dijiyega upperwala se aur doctor se biswash rakhiyega ☺️🙏
