1200 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, wash once a week. have a second set i switch out between weekly washes. satin cover sheet, bi weekly professionally clean comforter. I'm super cereal about my sleep sheet's. guys body acne, from no shower before bed, an unwashed sheets. clean up an grow a beard
