The plaintiff’s ex wife spoke to the defendant to sabotage his job but wants an increase of child support! How can he pay if he loses his job? Make it make sense.

Because more than likely when they wrote their accusations/defense those details were in there.
The personal questions were to gather the basic character of the persons and no hearsay was involved. JJ cannot ascertain whatever statement the ex-wife made (even if it's a lie, she needs the ex-wife to at least confirm that she is comfortable with how she is being portrayed) If you want to say what the ex-wife said, bring the ex-wife. Simple.
Defendant has a steep Hill to climb, plaintiff seems to have all his ducks in a row , I think JJ is going to cook defendants goose!
as a former contractor/builder....unless you paying a bid, and you use "Contracted daily employees", telling them where to be, providing work vehicle, tools, access to supply accts, at least 32 hrs a week, paying weekly...one IS an employee..and the owner a pos...actually defrauding the govt. of SS and Taxes...not to be trusted
And making it so his employees have to pay higher taxes. You pay double SS as a contract worker to make up for the half the business pays when you are a real employee.
What's the point of breaking things up into 3-4 minute long videos? You know the limits on video length were done away with years ago right? Is this just a way to farm more ad revenue?
