This memorable hit, with its undisguised nod to late 1970's disco heyday, saw a recent resurgence in the UK charts & an introduction to a new (younger) audience. I've tried to keep faith with Guy Pratt's super bass part from the original, playing here over a 'no bass' edit available at • Murder On The Danceflo... . Recorded here with Fender Elite Jazz Bass (in active mode, both pickups equalled) & old roundwounds, via a Boss GT-1B.
