The bigger scam is someone spent 15k on a product that these people in court couldn’t even explain what it is.
Don't you know?? It's a digital download of products. lol
true 😂
@@joeb5080 - well, to be more exact, it's a digital download of licensing products that have something to do with psychotherapy. Lmaoooo! 😂😂😂
Exactly 😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂
" HANG UP THE PHONE!!" I bet she screams that to her husband the same way when he answers his phone to scammer 😂😂
Especially at dinner!
Sammers come in ALL ages !!!
The problem is that dumb people think they are smarter than JJ. They will never hang up the phone until they are bankrupt.
I just love the idea that Mr Sheinman is shoutier than her
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
SCAMMERS, SHOULD BE PROSECUTED as well as pay restitution!!!
Agreed !!
There wouldn't be scammers if people will just not fall for whatever the scam may be. I've never fallen for a scam in my entire life but it's because of my own due diligence not because I read of them in the news and whatnot. You see, it's in the news all the time, but yet people still fall for them, either because of greed or that they're not smart(not gonna say the real word I should use), so actually yes I don't feel for those people
@@julissaarredondo6444 The greedy stupid people who fall for the scam should suffer some kind of repercussions beside their money loss so they can learn a freaking lesson. A lot of times these people go on to fall for other scams.
never understood why people fall for these things.
Scammers and those you are scammed are of the same mindset. They are of the get rich quick, something for nothing, school of thought.
this is literally a pyramid scheme... how is this guy not in jail?
Exactly 😂😂😂
Sadly she ended scamming someone else for $15,000. Ouch
“All three of you deserve each other”😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
JJ - “who is he, is that your partner?” Defendant - “yes…in the business” - he wanted to make that abundantly clear 🤣😂
Hahaha ABUNDANTLY clear 😂
lmaoooooooooooooo oh shit i just caught that
Right he definitely didn't want any misunderstanding there. 🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣

I love when Judge Judy wipes the floor with scammers.
She hardly wiped the floor with these scammers.
The Plaintiff scammed someone else for $15k!!!!! You missed that little detail noob.

And then reversed:
"nOOO F***!"
Bahahahaha she said it like this tooo 🤪😂🤣🤭
Bahahaha too funny! Gotta love judge Judy!!
The audacity of these old scammers to come here and try to pretend that they run a legit business 😄😄😄
lol, right? They try to use these business-sounding terms for "We get her to call more people to give us money."
😂
They thought they were getting free advertising.
The sad thing is that the plaintiff probably still doesn’t realize that this whole thing was a scam😑. Did she ever find out what the product is, because they still couldn’t tell us what it is🤦🏾♀️. These 2 old bats are really sitting out here scamming people out of their money, and are really going to look JJ in the face and say it’s not a scam.
The plaintiff was smiling all the while like she just don’t get it.
She gave these scammers her jewelry! It boggles the mind
It's just a typical pyramid scam.
@@Trenton.D I've heard about pyramid companies all my life and always told they were illegal.
@@101candlelight6 right. I don't know what's worse, the scammers or these gullible people willing to give them money😩
This is literally the definition of a pyramid scheme
This is 1000% a pyramid scheme. Describing the products with fancy language but nothing actually describing what the product does.
The scammers provided the plaintiff with a lead, and then made her believe that lead was an actual buyer paying 15k. And the plaintiff believed she actually made that sale even though she doesn't understand what on earth she's selling
Yeah 100%, no-one paid $15,000 when they were desperate enough to be 'selling' a spot in their pyramid scheme for $3,500 and a couple thousand in jewellery...
the whole time the "trained psychotherapist" is talking you can see jj wanting to roll her eyes
Yeah, and I'm a rocket scientist.
she actually does lol
That is her dilemma isn't it. 'How do I sue my scammers without admitting that I was dumb enough to get scammed?' 🙄
😂
a real one with that personality would have shut ANY scammer down really quickly but also HARD.
The plaintiff laughing still not realizing she being criticized by JJ just as much as JJ is criticizing the scammers! 🤦♂️
Oh she realized it das y she laughed
That Explains how she got got in the first plsce
A trained psychotherapist can be very good at manipulation.
If you have to say "it's not a scam" , it's DEFINITELY a scam.
When someone begins with"So here's the deal"...... RUUUNNNNNN!!!!!
The guy admitted that he got her jewelry I don’t know why he wasn’t ordered to return it or pay it’s worth back?
I think the plaintiff only asked for the money
She asked for 5G I think, price of jewelry but she's lucky to get what she got
Well she willingly gave them the jewelry to get into this scheme where she can make money off of someone else’s effort. I don’t think they lied to her about how it works. She rolled the dice and crapped out
@@kaamya921 she made a sale of $15,000 and you don’t think she at least deserves her $4,000 worth of jewelry back? I think she should have never should tell for this scheme but if this was a “legit” business they wouldn’t ask for jewelry to balance out the difference of what is owed! This is clear as day a scam

She made 15k on her FIRST sell??? Something is not right LOLLL
I don’t think she explained it right if someone bought into the scam 😂
It’s not a scam it’s probably like Tony Robbins products or somethings
More likely on paper. If she got the $ she wouldn't be in court.
And what ARE these Tony Robbins 'products?'

@Benjamin Reyna That's partly true, but the woman in this video is a good deal younger than me. I don't believe a thing guys like this have to say.
@@michaelhendrickson5287 this video is more than 5 years old and on that time scammers weren't that known to everyone..but this lady is undoubtedly gullible

“Hang up the phone!!!” 😳 YES MA’AM!
“Anybody, HANG UP THE PHONE!!”
Don't even answer the phone of a number you don't know
Right if it’s important they’ll leave a message that’s how it works. Your bank will never call you first of all but any important call like a doctors appointment or an emergency, they’re not just gonna be like oh well they didn’t answer! And never call again lmao.
I'm still not sure wtf they're claiming to sell!! Licensing franchises? So you get stake in someone else's product if they're looking for investors? Sounds shady asf.
These usually are online courses about selling online courses online. Yes, that circular of a thing. The whoke deal is a shell for a pyramid scheme.
I get it. It's a new way to do a shady business. You license a college or NFL team. You don't license personal development courses.
It's a pyramid scheme where they "teach" you how to hook new suckers.
Capitalism at its finest. Probably about 51% of the American population are “small business owners” now since people think it’s super easy. And so many people are struggling with that that they get desperate and turn to people like the defendants. The hard truth people don’t want to hear is that if you can’t handle getting your ass out of bed to get to a regular job (which is usually the easiest part) then you definitely can’t handle running a business. The attitude now is “anyone can be a CEO” which is so so so far from the truth.
Yeah. They never mentioned what the product was.
I used to sit with an elderly lady that had dementia who almost fell for the publishers clearing house scam. She told me to take her to the bank so I did and she pulled out 2500 which was almost all she had in her acct at the time. When we got back home I asked her why she needed all that money and she told me she won publishers clearing house. I told her that if she really won something then she wouldn't have to pay for it. And I took her back to the bank to put her money back. I loved her like a grandma 😟 I miss her so much. She was the sweetest patient I've ever had. I cried the day they put her in a home. I visited her but by then she was like a toddler. She passed away shortly after that.
So glad you were there in truth and spirit.
@@sheliapea1387 she was an angel! Her family is just as amazing as she was! And I hate when people try to take advantage of people that don't know any better 😠
My friends grandma is currently trapped in a publishers clearing house scam. She's given thousands to these people so far, they keep telling her they need more money for fees or something to access her "prize" of $2 million. These people are ruthless, even calling her on the day of her husband's funeral for more money 😭. Her whole family recently found out about it and have tried to convince her it's a scam but she refuses to believe it.

HANG UP THE PHONE!!! ☎️❌😂
I’m over 60 and thru the years I had former classmates call me for this 💩!
Classic pyramid scheme. It's always one unless there is a physical product or service sold.
It can still be a pyramid scheme even when there is a product. The scheme is defined by bringing new investors in to pay those already in. There is often a product, and in this case there is a license which is being sold, which is not a physical product, but is still a product.
Then we've been brainwashed into thinking that a so called license is a product. Not in the real world
How does jewelry come into it!!

15,000 for the first sale? wow..did she win the cadillac el dorado or at least the set of steak knives?

"All three of you deserve each other" I"m dead1🤣
My mom thought she was being polite by listening to the solicitor's pitch and then telling them "thank you, but I'm not interested". I kept telling her to not answer unknown number and hang up she accidentaly picked one up. I told her that one of these times there was going to be a talented con man on the other end and she was going to fall for it. She assured me she knew better, she was just being polite. Well, one day I caught her on the phone mentioning "Is this about my Bank of America account or Citi bank accaount". When my mom hung up the phone, I pointed out how the caller could have been anyone but now is fully aware that she banks with Bank of America and Citi because she volunteered that information; they never asked for it. That day she learned that she could be talked into trusting the person on the other end and that she would volunteer information without being asked about it. Luckily, it was one of her banks calling to confirm something, but my mom did not have confirmation of that at the moment. Tell your parents not open emails, answer calls, and click on link in text messages.
My parents information got compromised that they had to put a watch on their credit. Since then everytime she applied for credit. She would have to drive home and wait for a call. Simce that incident any calls they get. If it is some one claiming to be a bank about a bill. He tells them in a sense of pictures or it didnt happen and hangs up. Then they call the bank directly to verify.
My Father had the Hardest time understanding that technology has changed the World and it’s not safe to give some random person on the phone your personal information! He would answer whatever they asked
@@Fruitsandveggiesmama same with my wife’s grandma. I completely understand; the grandma doesn’t even know she doesn’t have an Amazon account but she continues to worry about closing it, etc.
I have scared my elderly parents so badly, they hardly dare to open messages sent by me 😂 They call and ask if I just sent a message and then they open and read it 😁
My mom had to get a new bank card just recently because her dumbass thought she could send in a dollar and get $125 back or something like that. She's never fallen for a scam that easily before which lead me to the conclusion that she's getting old. Hopefully this event by itself was enough to teach her to pay attention, before she pays in other ways.
"Hang up the phone" lmfaoooo

In one form or another before they depart this earth!!!

Exactly! hang up the phone.👀👀👀👀
if plaintiff made a "sale" she participated in the scam
That’s what I keep saying! She wasn’t misled, she knew that after her first sale that they keep, then the rest of her sales she keeps the amount and most likely a percentage of every sale that a person she brought in makes. Greed caused her to give them her money and jewelry.
That's what I always do. I hang up the phone.
Thank you iPhone 13 pro max for letting me know that There’s an incoming potential scam
Gosh, people can be gullible.
Yes sadly.. not every human being on this planet is prone to know that there are worthless scammers out here
I had to rewatch this case and i just laughed uncontrollably throughout the video. 😂😂😂 The plaintiff ended up scamming someone out of $15k when she didn't even know she was scammed. 😂😂😂😂
She should get recruited in sales. She sold 15k on her first sale and not one of them can explain what the product is or what they do!
I okay, I'm still confused, what is it that he sells again?😄
🤷🏿♀️🥴
It’s yet another MLM scam/pyramid scheme…it seems she’s still doesn’t understand it’s a scam, I hope she has family that help her stay away from these scams!
I haven't changed my first impression of this idiot woman. She seemed proud of herself for making $15k but not seeing any of it. I wish JJ would have made a novel decision and said, " your case is dismissed, maybe this will be a lesson for you "
The scammers arent always savvy and young

"Hang up the phone!" Hahahaha
Love how she is knodding her head .."I'm a licensed physho in the state of blah blah "
She's lucky she got her money back. Chances are they had her sign a contract but were too stupid to mention it in court.
She is definitely lucky to get anything back. They convinced her that they would help her find people and you get to keep their money.
@@kaamya921 Exactly. She had a contract with them: leads and training in exchange for cash and other assets (jewelry). Her one saving grace was probably that she made nothing on the sale. Had she earned a penny from it, she would've been SOL.
As a bank fraud agent, it is incredibly sad to see how many people become prey for these fraudsters. One of my clients even said, “The next time that they call, I will ask them for an address to send them a letter to tell them to stop harassing me.” I told her to just hang up because you owe them nothing. So sad.
Whaaat?? They believe that writing a letter to scammers, is going to stop them?
@@Locutus exactly, this is the kind of individual they are praying upon. It makes some very easy targets because I do not understand that in the world of fraud, there are no rules and they are no ethics. They do not care. The goal is to scam you and take whatever they can from you. They have no remorse.
Nah! They're not prey. The targets want easy money w/o working for it and the fraudsters know that.

@@Locutus boomers. my grandparents are the same way. there's nothing a strongly worded letter couldn't solve they believed.
Hang up the phone, looked a little insane from our Judge Judy. 😂😂
15,000$ on the first sale? Sounds like an entrapment strategy. An accomplice "bought" for 15,000$ of the product, and then they convinced her to get deeper into the "business". Of course, the contract said "no commission on the first sale".
A Scammer is nothing more than a PREMEDITATED THIEF!!!
He should have been ordered to return her jewellery, not just the money
I don’t agree that she deserves her jewelry back. This lady was that eager to be apart of this scheme with the idea that they were going to give her leads to lure others into this scam and she will get to keep their first sale and a percentage of every sale after that. She wasn’t misled, she’s greedy.
@@kaamya921 she’s lucky she got anything, she entered into the scheme willingly & then made a “sale” of $15K to some other poor sucker
