Depends on the model, but specifications aside, yeah pretty much just a more popular brand name

Nope. I own probably 6 or 7 by now. The oldest one I have is a little over a year old and so far everything is running smoothly.

Maybe..but it wouldn't be ideal as it wouldn't run it for long. For that, you'll want to go on the allpowers site and look at a larger model, preferably somewhere around 1000wh would be good enough
