Styx: Shards of Darkness - Amber Storeroom

This video starts in the second area of the second mission in Korrangar. At the start you can pick up a discarded note that will reference the five tiles you need in order to open up a special amber storage room. If you follow the video you will see where to find the tiles and how to solve the riddle in order to open the special amber storage room that is required for the optional objective.

What's special Mist skill are you using to instantly kill like that

He is not killing instantly. He has the upgrade for stealth which allows for contagious invisibility and the upgrade to that which makes contagious invisibility silent. Thus, not only is Styx invisible, so is his victim and no sound is made. So, the enemies can't see or hear what is going on. Furthermore, he has the Cloak of Invisibility on (you get this as a side quest in mission 8) which means the amber meter does not deplete while Styx is not moving (killing someone in one place does not count as moving). Coupled with the Ambered Dagger (an upgrade in the alchemy tree) which gives Styx a notch on his Amber meter for every kill. Thus, he is able to use invisibility and chain kills together without running out of Amber.
