  • Does the BULLETPROOF Diet REALLY work? In this video we'll explore some of the facts and history with founder Dave Asprey.
To be honest, I'm not a coffee drinker so I wasn't really into Bulletproof Coffee, but many of the other aspects of Dave's theories about healthier eating are worth exploring. Let me know what you think in the comments!

This diet works, if you do exactly what he states to do. I have been on this diet since 2015. It has changed my life.

I started Keto in 2019 then COVID gave me the excuse to go back to bad habits I came across this young man Dave Asprey and it has changed my approach. I now intermittent fast and I do not like black coffee but adding the mct oil helps

I always ask Why doctors are taught SO little of diet in their 7 years of studying!

Question for anyone knowledgeable. Is roasted coffee bad for human health? There are a bunch of brands that barely roast the coffee and say there's health benefits to it. Has there been studies on this supporting either or side? Dave asprey goes into detail why burnt meat is deadly to our human body. Could it be the same thing with roasting a natural coffee fruit in a high heat oven.

The best advice I got out of this presentation was about meditation. That's all, the rest is all a sales pitch nothing more.
