This story bring so much memories! It’s avocado lake.. that lake have deep secrets!! We experience couple counters too!! Never like that lake!! Have little cousin and friend who drowned and died there! Found dead body in seaweed in 97s too!! We Hmong people should call “God of Thunder” to kill that lake spirit or dragons 🐉

hmong people always want to blame spirits or "dragon" spirits when someone drowns. if you cant swim and drown, or ran out of breath or strength and drown, is it really the spirit of the lake's fault? lol i get it, we all need closures to move on but to really blame the spirits of the lake? really? even top divers drown. its all about controling the heart rate when going under, controling your energy and strength, techniques, etc.

It’s avocado lake. Back in the days that take use to be a mining ground and people were getting kill in that mining ground. So to close off mining ground, they dig a road to connect the lake that comes from Belmont Park. Just this passed weekend. Two person also had gone missing. They found one but not the other one.
I live in Fresno during that time and been to that lake a few times, but never heard of that, there are monster in there.

Really!!!! I witnessed something similar to that kind of horrifying drowning right in front of me, when I was about 10 or 11 years old up at the damn area.

Belmont lake is it Pineflat lake or Avocado Lake..I think it sounds more like Avocado Lake...I hate when people say Belmont lake..I know its on Belmont street but not called Belmont lake..

It's avocado lake. Family hardly swim at pine flat. Many people drown in that stupid lake. Has a beach like any Minnesota beach if you're not from Fresno. Hmong and Mexican drown there
