A few things I recommend are Trader Joe's chicken sausages, and several different brands of turkey sausages. The ones that are fully cooked and frozen. It is a really quick way to take in some protein.
One more thing!! Quest has a "new" super spicy chip for adam!!!

I really like the Highkey sandwich cookies...I found them at Target with the cookies...1 point per cookie. I haven't tried the Lenny & Larry's.

The chocolate chip cookie dough Fit butter looked so good. But, 7 points is way too high for 2 tablespoons. It would be so dangerous having that in the house. Great video!

Feel for protein powder to accurately judge flavor you should do without the banana. Know you normally always have yours with but it changes and make flavors a lot

I feel like all snack sticks that are soft at room temperature need refrigerated and are a little more firm after. Not a fan of room temperature snack sticks.
