I live in the United States, I am aware of a number of people who have overstayed their visas. No doors have been broken down.
Indeed, there are more illegal migrants in the US compared to the UK. And you can see them daily in farms , vineyards and constructions 😊
I'm not a racist, everyone is equal, just go be equal somewhere else
Diddums, quote of a little baby
£150 billion extra spending? No one concerned of this? I can see everything going up with the Mr bean party
spot on mate why no one is talking about this....
When will these interviewers learn that character assignation attempts are too lame to beat popularists. Ask what he will do and expose the lack of clear policy.
It doesn't really matter with Nigel, he has an excuse planned for every eventuality, normally some boring twist on 'it's all a big conspiracy'
How can the decline in goods only be due to net zero? 😅 So funny to hear him talk about deregulation when he relied on the EU rule about not debanking politicians on political grounds to save his millions.
Because the cost of manufacturing goods in the UK is more expensive. Energy price (as a result of British energy policy) is a big factor in that. Brexit is not a factor in that.
@@casanovamacbeth I agree that it's British energy policy, but I don't think that using renewables is the only problem - in the long-term, it'll be cheaper whereas Brexit will long-term negatively affect people. Anybody you hear from the industry, including SMEs that Farage says he supports, says red tape and regulations (inevitable ones) are increasing costs, Farage will never be honest (as well as Labour and the Tories) about the negatives of Brexit.
@@Ashaphim107 How will renewables be cheaper in the long run when you need to, pardon my language, renew them every ten years or so?
@@paulsmith982 Which renewables only last 10 years? Wind turbines are around 20/25, solar panels around 25. Tbf, I do think the Greens are wrong about nuclear, we need it, but the idea that Net Zero is a net loss just isn't true, or is wouldn't be sth that both China and the US are racing towards.
Nick Robinson skewered his half truths and outright lies well done Nick
Sales of snake oil through the roof again
God you're pathetic...Don't like the truth do you.
He tried his best to barrage the Farrage. Tried at least.😅
And you tried to make 'Barrage the Farage' work but, as with every other time, it didn't.
14:57 “We don’t have enough of them”
Press X for doubt. Otherwise it means “we don’t have enough that fits our laundry list of requirements and just want to bar out any newcomers.”
here trading in goods Nigel is wrong service has nothing to do with manufacture so to use them together make no sense
Good interview here. Nick Robinson is good at getting to the point without coming across as bias
That is a joke right?
When??
😂😂😂 He literally kicks off the interview by congratulating him for wiping out the Conservative party.
Wow, terrible interviewer, not even trying to hide his bias lol
Very confrontational. Multiple times snuck something negative about Farage and then followed up with "well we have to move on to the next topic."
Deffo a lib den or new liebour
many of you idiots don't realise this is par for the course for ANY politician. you should expect them to get a grilling.
Amen
@@AliBaba-mb1puyou do realise Nick Robinson was a young Tory?
Words can't describe the ridiculousness of howbthat presenter carried that interview out... the guy thinks its all a game.. deliberately misinterpreted everything to confuse that conversation as much as possible
He just repeated what nigel has said. And what about the £140Billion unfunded manifesto
He did that with everyone to be fair, trying to push and catch them
@@henners1574 True x]
Its so hard to find this anywhere . Clearly they dont want people to watch the whole interview
Really? I’ve found it twice with no effort and indeed this one was suggested to me by CZcams.
I can't stand Nick Robinson. He is such a HAMMY ACTOR with his condescending tone and over the top hand gestures such as flicking through the Contract with exaggerated arm movements. Pathetic.
Oh diddums did he upset your cult leader
in 2014 Farage's remarks were part of his broader critique of EU foreign policy, which he believed was interventionist and counterproductive. His stance was that the EU's actions had aggravated the situation in Ukraine, leading to the conflict with Russia.
Putin apologist
I cant really hear what the interviewee is saying....
In Feb 2014 Putin annexed part of Ukraine. In March 2014 Farage declared on Sky news that Putin was the greatest politician of our time
Fortunately for Farage his supporters don't kow very much.
He is the greatest politician of our time. On a purely objective basis
why doesnt nick robinson shut up and let the man answer the question!
That's correct. Nigel Farage, the leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP) at the time, did indeed warn about the potential for conflict in Ukraine in 2014. He made these comments in the European Parliament, where he was a member representing the UK.
Farage's statement "we provoked this war" referred to the European Union's (EU) and the West's role in supporting the Ukrainian revolution that ousted pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych in February 2014. Farage argued that this support led to Russia's annexation of Crimea and the subsequent conflict in eastern Ukraine.
Farage's views on this issue were controversial, and his criticism of the EU's and the West's actions in Ukraine were seen as contrarian by many. However, his warnings about the potential for conflict in Ukraine did ultimately come to pass, as fighting broke out in the Donbas region between Ukrainian government forces and Russian-backed separatists.
It's important to note that Farage's comments were not solely a warning about the potential for conflict but also a critique of the EU's and the West's foreign policy in Ukraine. His views on this issue have been subject to interpretation and debate.
He embarrassed the UK, never represented it
@@johnbarrance4926 I agree with you but I try to keep fact and no opinions
@@mattantonelli4273 your facts are scewed! The Ukrainians wanted rid of that guy and fought tooth and nail to oust him, he was a Putin lucky who lied to his people. So either you're a farage fan or a Putin apologist or both
Farage’s great mate is Donald Trump. Donald Trump’s great mate is Vladimir Putin whose lies he values over all the people in his own security services. Tells you all you need to know about Mr. Farage.
Nick Robinson is so fecking rude, doesn't give anyone a chance to speak and explain without interrupting. 😡
Did I watch a different interview to you? 😅
@@saekhmet4186 they're a farage fan, hating foreigners is more important to them than the lives of ppl in the UK. They'd follow him like lemmings if he asked them
He admires Putin "for the way he runs Russia " his words. So if he was to become PM , is that what we have to look forward to. My brother's Russian student cried when her exchange ended and she had to return, stating that it was a very hard life there . Not something to aspire to.
That's not true, actually. Yes, large parts of Russia are still 'emerging' from post-communism (that's a BIG job) but many areas - towns cities etc - are at least as well advanced everywhere as such as Italy. I know this because I know people who work and live there. They did this progress in around 30 years, and mostly during Putin's leadership, -whereas we are solidly going the other way!!!
I would rather that than be living in a predominately Muslim community. I am British and proud, I want to live among the British people, not be a minority in my own country!
@@archer159 are you absolutely mad!
@@bereal6590 Based upon what? That I know some things that not even a supposed 'top' BBC journo doesn't (and yet should).
@@archer159 based on the fact that there are areas without water! That the old age pension is a pittance. That food is expensive and those not in the main cities like Moscow, really struggle. That apartments are still those old fashioned buildings from decades ago. Russia is not a large economy. The oligarchs and the very wealthy do well, the poor do not. Plus who gives a 💩, the guy is a murderer of anyone who stands against him!
Afraid Nigel is making the same mistakes as they made with Brexit. Trade deals with India etc have not been finalised because they want things we are not willing to offer, carbon tax free imports of goods that will flood the UK with cheap product and many many work visas. The US are the same, they want to flood the UK with cheaply produced meat and agricultural product, while he sits there ready to open the doors of UK health to the US insurance companies. We will are trading issues with the EU for issues with the rest of the world. While he is a good campaigner I don't think any of the plans in his contract are realistic. On another note, why are these interviews so performative, Nick Robinson constantly with all these interviews has willfully misinterpreted and missed the point. There are enough issues with what they are presenting without making up issues to get annoyed about.
Was Nick Robinson this much of a manipulator in his other interviews? If not get this guy fired. He is not impartial at all!
His job isn’t to be impartial. It’s to hold up a light of scrutiny to both character and manifesto and pick holes in both so that voters can see what they are getting. Otherwise it’s just another soapbox for Farage.
@@gliddofgloodhe works for the BBC. It literally IS his job to be impartial.

great interview nigel vote reform
BBC deffo tilted over reform wanting to defund them lol

Vote Reform 🇬🇧
Everytime he thinks he has a gotta moment he taps the silly boots on the floor. Classic narcissist haha. VOTE REFORM UK
nefarious grifter, one trick pony
it's a horrid strategy. he makes a lot of very controversial, but subjective statements, which incites the media to constantly call him out on racist dogwhistles and naked alliance with regressive forces; when he then goes on to make ridiculous policy statements and is rightly criticised for them, he then turns around and says it's because of media bias. sadly trump found that the strategy works, but only because the moderate republicans made the choice to throw out their principles. I fear that the tories are unlikely to be any less craven.
Yes the presenter
For a BBC presenter he's horrible. Team Nigel
To be fair, he didn't have to try hard, Farage is a blagger of no substance and can't answer to real scrutiny and a Putler enabler to boot
Jesus nick since when is your intellectual debate limited to a series of half interpretations, sneers and gotcha moments. Can you please study the Walden debates from the 70s in the time you have left
