I find Harbor a bit weak : the slows applied by his spells hit allies and aren’t that strong, plus the orb disappears after it’s broken (and 300hp isn’t much…) and you can avoid the ult’s stun…

I rushed his contract to have the champ and try it out and honestly idk.. I have mixed feelings about this champ.
his wall is a replacement to viper's, however viper's takes temporary decay and that is probably enough to deter people from pushing through because there is that trade off/risk...makes you actually vulnerable
Harbour's wall has almost no trade-off to pushing through it since the slow it provides is marginal, and that technically applies to all his "slow" skills/walls....... even phoenix's wall makes people think twice before pushing through.
The amount of people I played against in games simply ignoring the walls and go through, executing their plays as if its not even there was nuts...
I wanna see how people use it in the next few weeks. Maybe its the way he needs to be played.
Agreed I think if they buff the slowing effect it would significantly make the walls better .

Shroud maining this game is just amazing… few months ago he seemed to struggle to dominate in Immortal and Radiant… Now he is just on a whole new level. The fact he was that good while just casually playing and now top tier with consistency is just wild
I bet you this character will change the meta and team formats to probably full controllers, that by himself makes him busted cause of how well his kit can work with other characters.

I have been headshot for 2 by the stinger at range multiple times. I hate it so much
idk about not busted. sure not as busted as others, but the dude can effectively smoke an entire site (EVERY ANGLE) from safetyy, and still have 2 extra smokes to work with. no controller can beat that really. sure he has nothing else, when brim has a molly, omen a flash, etc. but that's the controller's job done for entrying with just the one ability. pretty damn good man
is shroud know that harbor is (indian) agent...it is such a big deal and archivement for Indian gaming community...🤩
He's like a Viper/Fade bro. His kit is so scary to push as well as it slows you down. I'm saying he's OP but mainly because noone knows how to play against him YET lol. He's a good counter to Neon but I think Kayo would help fighting against him. Also when walking around his ult, you can hear the footsteps and such louder because you're or they are on water.
I think he's balanced in a way that his kit really fucks with small maps like when you curve shit or put the smokes in bind, there's actually so much artificial corners it makes that it gives your enemy an advantage and your team as well like dude, navigating U hall with his wall was like a maze and there was people hiding in little pockets n shit just pulling out shorties. Twas a nightmare, I was slowed as fuck too.

As an Indian, I feel happy that India is getting recognized in Pc esports and PC gaming in general. You might think its no big deal but for the Indian gaming community it is especially when forsaken cheated in lan tournament it destroyed the Indian PC gaming community and because of a cheater whole community was embraced and trolls are still there but we are recovering thanks to global esports and SK Rossi and other players for this . still that embarrassment, will remain as a permanent mark but still we will try to make this community safe, happy and non - toxic for everyone

Harbor is pretty mid. Very niche. Honestly needs a buff already. Viper still way better. Maybe make his slow similar to sages but last 2 seconds when walking through his water walls? I don't know he's just so... meh.
