They have 4 different types of flights. Which did you choose? And why did you pick that one? We are going next summer. We are not sure if we want to do either of the two middle length flights. TIA.
We selected this flight because it lands on the glacier. They have fly by and fly over and around tours as well. The trick to it is the weather is ever changing. You may purchase the land on glacier tour but conditions change just prior to flight and they have to reschedule. Make sure you have extra days built into your trip in case they reschedule to the next day. Of you only allow one day for this you may miss out. Dropping into the mountain pass is breath taking. You want to do the tour we did if possible.

It looks like the skids/skis would drag on the runway. Especially on landing. How does that work?
I agree. There was tire drag in the snow but it worked. Too noisy to tell if it was dragging the ski on the paved runway.
