Energy transfer from various rounds into ballistic gelatin

Energy transfer is a real consideration when choosing self defense or hunting ammunition. We did some bullet testing with ballistic gelatin recently and decided to not secure the gelatin so that we could easily video the energy transfer. Which would you rather have and why?
In order:
7.62x39 123gr Hornady fired from 16" AK-47 from LRK Mechanical.
5.56x45 62gr Federal Premium
Fusion, fired from 16" AR-15 from Palmetto State Armory.
9mm 124gr Hornady TAP, fired from Glock 19.
45ACP 230gr Hornady TAP, fired from Springfield Armory XD-M Compact.
9mm 124gr +P Federal HST, fired from Glock 19 (Glen's personal carry setup).
