We know their name, date of birth, home address, phone number, where they worked, their next of kin and health insurance details. We always joked we knew everything needed to totally wreck their lives, but obviously, they weren't thinking about that while acting a fool. The less sick they were, the more foolish they'd act. Meanwhile, the people who were truly sick acted like angels. Smh

The number of times I called someone for a bill for a baby, was told that the baby died during delivery or due to complications, confirmed it was true, and my boss told me to keep calling them anyway is genuinely disgusting. I started refusing to do it if I knew that was the situation. I got written up because I wasn't calling enough high dollar value accounts.
