I live in the US and I’m actually allergic to Red 40 and Benadryl which is an allergy medicine has Red 40 🤦🏻‍♀️ they had to come out with another tablet that didn’t have it. But it’s in everything! It’s such a struggle but I’m kind of glad my body rejects it since it’s bad for you anyway.

When I was in the US, I also noticed how they make most of their drugs in the pharmacy look (and taste!) like candy. Very weird… 🙃

It is insane the amount of ingredients that arent bad in the United States. Genuinely are food here is not good for us and keeps us sick. All the seed oils, all the dyes, and just hidden ingredients that throw off our gut. It’s really sad
