If you were to change the exhaust of your scooter from stock to aftermarket,would you have to change anything else on a 150cc GY6 scooter ? My exhaust has little pops and bangs also may that affect the bike?
Hello David if you replace the exhaust you need. To reject the carburetor and the best you should have a performance air filter because you need to keep the balance of the volume of air going in and out and if your scooter is already popping something is not balance in ratio of the main at stock you should have a 38 pilot jet and a 105 to 115 main jet . Do you have to change the valve when changing tires or the old valve can work?
Hello my friend is better to change the valve every time you change the tire if you like you can keep the same valve if is in good condition but there is the possibility that you have to change your valve before you have to change another tire
