This was the simplest track in the game, but ironically one of the hardest in the 1000G league. The AI drops mines like crazy and really kill your speed if you don't dodge them. Fun fact: This track was also featured in the PS2 game "Kinetica", which is also a futuristic racer.
+Max16032 I wish this game would be remade! But the chances of that are next to 0. Super fun it was. And yes I didn't realize you need to go over the tracks over and over until you get to Pion 6, that stage was impossible I resorted to using cheats. I was about 7 then anyway xD
Max16032 Fun fact: the first two n64 games was way better than this trash, also the wipeout team handled this game instead of acclaim as a whole which was probably the main reason this game was even more trash.
i play smash while listening to this on repeat. it really gets the blood pumping. it's also the only track that i really like in the game. too bad it's for the most generic level in the whole game.
keep the blue flag flying high I'm a big extreme g fan but the series fell off after the second one, this game was bad!! So if u like this game u must've never played the 1st two games on the n64 which was far better
it's still great in my opinion. just powered through it a few weeks ago and had a real blast. even for 2020 it's an amazing game that not even wipeout for ps4 can top in my opinion.
Extreme-G Race Fans: Welcome to Muon Harbor. Riders: Prepare to race! When you have perfect start from the 3 count and hold Boost button + A: Ion Boltigraph! (something like that) Lets you already use Boost @ the start, yet no one i see on youtube seems to know this.

Unfortunately the publisher of XG had declared bankruptcy, so as sad as it is to say, it's unlikely we'll see another installment under the XG name.
Spyrelle Phea The current copyright holders re-released XG2 on Steam, but did a freaking terrible job of it, so now it's double dead, sadly.

The game does something and is that it let's you pass people usually when the best part of the song comes, it happens in Muon harbor
*Ammo Exhausted*
This was the only theme I remembered when I was a kid.
Love it tune so much. The sound track of this game got me into, Trance, Breakbeat, Techno and all things good !
Now THIS is driving.
This song is on my cycling playlist.
@@thathandsomedevil0828 You must be the fastest cyclist on earth that time.
@@lechgolas6400 awwwwww yeah man, I feel so ecstatic when that tune kicks in, especially when I am on a main road gunning it non stop. 😁👍❤️❤️❤️

Remember everyone. They didn't have to go this hard for a PS2 GAME! buttt ho ho ho THEY DID! and now we can remenise over a god tier game
It took extreme practice but this game was great back in the day. This song was so good to race with too.

every song on this sound track is sick
this track is sick
10 year old comment!! :D
This song on the ELC was so heart throbbing......the intensity was unparalleled
This is the same song used in FIFA 2003.
The song name is Vitae-Energy Flow.
Thank you, Mr. Hero.
@@_SereneMango I am nobody's hero.
D: my disk needs cleaning for this game :'(. It was the best music around for ps2 tho. :D

NRG FLOWN TAKIN US HI´R!!!!!
constant 999mph gauge error... a track that deserve a notice that say "free mach 1"
The song is also in kinetica
2nd best racing game next to f zero.but still this game is fukken awsome!
also fifa 2002 soundtrack
I liked the soundtrack of XG2 much more... It was ahead of its time. XG3 in comparison sounds pretty generic.
Imo it's kinda The opposite honestly, as there is already a proven fact that XG2 was and is the "weakest" fact.
