Great video and shared sheet. I learned a number of new capabilities and modified the sheet with my own notes and additions. One thing that I'd like to point out in the financial formulas, if you are dealing with monthly payments or cash flows, you should adjust the annual interest rate. I usually just divide the annual rate by 12 within the cell to make it explicit what's happening.

Is that possible and how on earth do I do it. All I get is the option to write words in the note. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
