Feeling lonely is a normal thing and happens to everyone from time to time. In these instances, it is important to remember that you may feel lonely at this time, but you are not alone.
We are never truly alone. Allah (swt) is always with us. He is closer to us than our jugular vein (Quran 50:16). There is no greater time to be closer to Him, than when you need comfort and recognition.

When we study prophet Mohammed pbuh peace and blessings upon him, we find little things that made him be the love of Allah
1, He said if it wasn't for his duties as a prophet he would spend time in SOLITUDE he was said to spend time alone for focusing, communicating with the one Allah. This SOLITUDE, remember is what he was engaged in when the revelation first came to him. Solitude is our best friend after picking up Qur'an.
2.By Allah I see why silence and being alone is so important for your vibrational FREQUENCY BECAUSE, Because it's not the absence of Anything but the Presence of everything.
3. Where can I find creativity, my wishes and desires, where do I find power, energy, love . Where can I become concious of my unconcious manners, habits, where do I find mindfulness to discover my inner dialogue is it disempowing is it a loving, happy, noncritical relationship with self,how do I treat people, am I polite. How do I treat myself, family. Am I satisfied with my wishes and desires. Where do I find the answer to these questions.
4. By Allah ( high is he above all we associate with him ) we find these answers in QURANIC SOLITUDE and quietness. Dua oh Allah NEARER Still.

Why does everyone think backround music or chat more important than the message they wish to convey, it goes over your head,can’t think nor digest ,same when you go shopping, music every store to mess brain to not think, Muslim should know better, caught in dunya ways not even knowing, as they can’t think yet feel reached spiritual level to pass knowledge, but as lost.crazy times. Lost 3:24
