DCBO is a different thing than OPD, ek Bar DCBO me posting mili to transfer policy k according hi transfer hogi....and OPD me posting mili to ward bhi allot kr skte hai ya fir ek OPD se dusri OPD me b bhej skte hai

Yes milti hai NOC.....After submitting the exam form u have to give intimation that u r appearing for the examination. If u get selected then again u have to give another application for NOC, generally it takes 7 to 10 days to get NOC.

If u r in a probation period then u have to serve the notice period for 1 month, if probation is completed then notice period is of 3 months. If u serve a notice period then u don't have to pay any fees, but if u want stat resignation then u have to pay 3 months basic salary.
