    I love the No Repeat workouts!! I can get so complacent with repeat exercises, so this quick change pace really helped me focus!

    This was a burner! I wore the ankle weights the entire time! Wowsers, that was another level of 🔥! Your workouts are so good. You craft them so meticulously so that our training is purposeful and functional! I just appreciate you so much! Stronger here so we can be stronger out there! Thank you!

    Oh the rainbow at the end🥵what a burner!! I could barely lift at the end 😆 sure felt great completing and added the recommended finisher and the abs finisher, so grateful for all you do for us! ❤

    Love your stuff ❤ can you tell us what primary muscle we are working before or shortly after starting each excercise?
    Also, when you say squeeze, what are we squeezing? I ask because I often feel other stronger muscles take over and end up not working what im supposed to.
