Daily saapta health spoil airum. Aana ennaikaavadhu oru naal illa maasathku oru murai saapta prechana illa.
Namba kadaila vangura bread la yeast ponduvanga so athigaam saapturadha kuraikanum.
Let me share my thoughts on what Yeast does in the process of making bread. Yeast, when mixed with flour (carbohydrate) and lukewarm water, it gets activated and eats sugar (carbohydrate) and produces CO2 and Alcohol. The reason why the dough doubles is because of the CO2. However, the yeast dies, alcohol evaporates and the CO2 is trapped Causing minute small wholes in the bread, during baking. This is not harmful and in fact Bread is one of the stable food for many western countries. Further, Bread is widely advised for patients admitted in the hospital which is an other fact that it is not harmful. Breads made from wheat ( not maida ) flour is certainly a great food.
