As per my understanding !! For the hardwork we put, packages are way low !!
Yes.....not only the efforts we put in during the preparation, once we join any organisation even after clearing the exams successfully, our job profiles are hectic to work where we are bound to stretch beyond the normal shift timings will become a routine.
And the sad part is faculty people show us the dream of crores and it only come from the faculty members because they want to sell the course .

It's average in india is 7 or 8 lpa to 10 lpa somewhat
And highest I think it is 22 lpa as of now
In my opinion CA course is made for practice not for job bcz in job you do only specific task where in practice you can do audit, Taxation, Financial reporting,legal compliances and by practising you learn more

Sadly the salary remains the same even now for most of the freshers😅

Why the CA salary is so less.
I think they must get high packages not a average package of 12lpa.
average package is around 8 lpa for a fresher ca
bhai 12LPA pr stagnant nahi rahegi. long term mai achi career growth hai after 10 yrs you can reach 30-60 LPA even more than this

Inki baato mai mat behko. They are showing half picture. Ye toh top companies big 4 firm ka package hai jisme work life balance bahut bekar hota . Normal cites mai 4-5 lakh hi milta h starting mai.

In my relations, I have seen one of uncle who is a practice chartered accountant earning 75-80 L per annum (self practice firm) within 5 yrs of practice and one of my relative is doing a job as a CA in Bangalore with the package of 36L pa while her husband is a fresher CA with around 2 yrs of work experience earns 23L pa (job package)

@@user-rp4mm8xw3o like 6 subjects are given in 12th boards, out of which one is additional, in commerce the additional subject are like one of the subjects like maths, PHE, IT/Computer, EVS, etc,
But you also have an option to drop them if you want, and from Account, BST, Eco, English, and one of the two from the subjects as I've mentioned above, or if you want you can keep both like we had PHE and Maths and We were allowed to drop maths, (the sixth subject) but I didn't dropped it and got failed, but overall my result is passed

I'm a CA and I earn about 47 lpa...so it's all about your skills and clarity in your concepts once you become CA there are many other things to do...go start a company and earn in crores, open your own office, job, earn through investing & stock, teaching etc....plus CA has some plus points too! There's no reservation and less competition then IIT...ICAI will increase the salaries of CA upto 2-4 lacs per month in future
Our country needs more CA in future and this field will not get affected by AI.....so yeah CA is the best field in commerce❤

as you putted Rank holder in you video if you put a single IITian with rank under 100 in JEE adv. They will eat CAs, one iitian
Lol that 100 iitians are preparing for iit from 6th/7th . Considering the case what will you do if you would not get 100> rank . Even most of the iitian gets 12 to 15 lakh per annum job so ca is a better option .

Freshers salary : average 10 to 12 lpa (same as most of the iitians )
Promotion: ca with 2 to 3 years experience with some skill earns 25 lakh guaranteed and with 10 years experience they have potential to earn 1 cr +
Note: i am only talking about job . If i include startups then most of the iitian startups are in loss due to lack of financial knowledge only 3 to 4 startups succeed . But if you make 100 clients in your own ca's firm with 5 experience as a ca you know, in 5 years you will make in crores . And these clients are permanent only few would leave .

1. In real world, you do meet CAs (or any other professional) who don't prioritize depth. It is usually a habit/approach inculcated by select few, you'd know if you step out.
2. Depth does not come from watching lectures (alone), you'd know if you tried.
