Reni was incredible on that reunion tour I remember seeing them play "This is the one" in the Phoenix park he was on fire an amazing player as was Squire hopefully there will be a 3rd coming.

When I saw the Roses live at MSG in 2016, this song and the crowd participation on it was one of my most thrilling concert experiences ever. Pure LOVE!!
Man, this was 3 years after my dad passed, who was in the Pipe-Band as a lad! When that piper came on at the start i had to conceal the tears that were bursting through my eye-balls man!! Top gig, thanks Ian & the rest o the bhoys!!! x

Allegedly, Pete Townshend said Reni was the most accomplished drummer he'd seen since Moon and asked Reni to be part of of his band but Reni refused saying he didn't know The Who songs.... Which, if true, would be a huge shame... Because it would have been fucking amazing seeing him playing those Moon riffs...man, what an image...

i love the way i type in stone roses and on the right it comes up with EDL clips. i think that just about says it all. a load of middle aged men, former hipsters, who are now over weight , bitter, drunk, who hate modern hipsters themselves. Married to tracy's and stuck in public sector jobs bringing this country down. legacy.
That outro could last forever and it would still be too short.
