Wow...Hitomi. Years ago, I wrote to you. I was suffering, unhealed, raw, and lost. I think it was the video you spoke about quitting weed. I had to, and the re-introductory to my emotions seemed overwhelming. I didn't think I would make it. Look at us now. You responded to me years ago, letting me know I wasn't alone. That you felt what I felt and that you loved me. I am trying not to cry while writing this, because though sadness lives within me, I do not have to make it my favorite child. I haven't seen you in a while, taking time to focus on myself, but 50 seconds into this video I cannot help but feel the need to reach out. I remember in another video, you spoke about how you pick an area of your body. Something as simple as a wrist. And you thank it for everything. For letting you write, for letting you wave, for all the mundane things we can forget to appreciate. I never forgot that. I'll never forget you. I feel a lot of people don't understand what goes on inside me (partially my doing since I keep it that way) but I feel like you get it. You get me. You get the work it takes and how full you feel when you can look back at the work you've done. You understand struggle, and how freedom tastes different to some. How freedom means different for all. I haven't cried in awhile... crying is one of my most favorite emotions, because it shows you are tapped into the present, it shows you are experiencing that undescribable feeling which tears up your eyes and releases the water energy within the body. Thank you so much for this video, I sent you some blessings right back. I was actually in tears by the end, i can just feel how honest you are. My goal for the next few years is to be as honest as possible (of course without hurting anybody) and speak my truth. Im in tenth grade and nothing really bad has ever happened to me, what im very grateful for, but i went through some stuff alone in my own head and spent just a lot of my time thinking about death and being meaningless. The last few months ive been trying to start appreciating the time i do have and actually connect with this world an its people. This time last year i was pushing everyone too close to me away and tried to distract myself with school and trying to impress the wrong people. Now ive got a small group of friends i would trust with my life, whom i can even talk to about all the dark stuff in my head. I also stopped viewing things as black and white and try to understand the reasons behind peoples actions. Its more often than not that people do selfish and destructive things because they feel like they are alone in their thoughts and feelings and experiences. I want to help people not feel isolated and stuck in their own head. Because you did that for me. Your videos had a huge impact on my view of life and for that i will be forever grateful.

The moment you described your dream of the people you love sitting at a long wooden table with bare feet, laughing and talking while waiting for you to bring the food to the table was just so beautiful. I really resonated with that. It felt like a forgotten dream or wish from somewhere in my childhood, something I would want for myself but see as an near impossible, beautiful future. The fact that you said it out load just made me so happy and thankful, so thank you so much for that 💗.

Thank you so much for this video, I sent you some blessings right back. I was actually in tears by the end, i can just feel how honest you are. My goal for the next few years is to be as honest as possible (of course without hurting anybody) and speak my truth. Im in tenth grade and nothing really bad has ever happened to me, what im very grateful for, but i went through some stuff alone in my own head and spent just a lot of my time thinking about death and being meaningless. The last few months ive been trying to start appreciating the time i do have and actually connect with this world an its people. This time last year i was pushing everyone too close to me away and tried to distract myself with school and trying to impress the wrong people. Now ive got a small group of friends i would trust with my life, whom i can even talk to about all the dark stuff in my head. I also stopped viewing things as black and white and try to understand the reasons behind peoples actions. Its more often than not that people do selfish and destructive things because they feel like they are alone in their thoughts and feelings and experiences. I want to help people not feel isolated and stuck in their own head. Because you did that for me. Your videos had a huge impact on my view of life and for that i will be forever grateful.
