The male lead is such a good actor. Such a pitty to portrait a weak and dum man in this drama, with such lack of personality and motivs. Having a baby with other woman was an "accident", what a joke! @@angelabarbee6901 Kathy is pregnant just not with the ML's baby. She finally admits on the last episode to the ML and FL that they didn't even have sex and that they baby isn't his. Of course they both forgive her. LOl There would have to be a cold day in Hell before I forgave her. These dramas can be so ridiculous sometimes it's not funny.

The ML is so pathetic. All the problems around him are somebody else's fault at least in his eyes. This drama spends way too much time on this worthless character and his vicious mother. Worst of all, I fear that the ex will eventually take him back, making her the most flawed character of all
She will take him back! Well, actually it is an open ending, but it is clear, that she will take him back. Who would even want a man like that? A man, that lets you down, worshippes the ground his mommy walks on, does her every bidding, has no spine, is a wimp, has no backbone and can´t say NO to other women - not me! He should have married the mistress and lived a happy life with her and mommy....then they could have competed, who is allowed to brush his teeth, who will dress him in the morning, who will put him to bed at night, who will tell him bedtime storys......and who decides, what he is allowed to think, say and do....

I can't help feeling a little bit sad for this ML who paddles and paddles while the boat is taking in more and more water. The sister is right. It's time to make choises and face that he cannot make everybody happy. He has to follow his own heart and take responsibility at the same time, like get Lala back but help Kathy raise the child (if it turns out to be his) - or give up Lala and do his best to raise the child with Kathy.

I'm a bit confused . Was the baby aborted or was it a miscarriage? Also, was the child unable to thrive due to her health? If so, then an abortion is necessary because it would probably not survive and Lala's might heart not be able to take the stress. If that's the case then the title of this clip is misleading.
Also, why didn't Lala ever tell his sister and get her advice? Lala could have sworn her to secrecy but her mother insulted Lala one too many times and she burst out with the truth. Lala should have been on bed rest. The drama could have taken a different turn. After the birth, evil ex mother in law could have tried to demand the baby to be raised by them. She could have convinced her weak son that Kathy was a more nurturing woman. A court case ensues and Chen Yi could have been involved. Lala's parents could have confronted Wang Wei and told him he should never have married their daughter. She deserved a grown man, not a mama's boy puppet. The judge could have been convinced by evil ex mother in law and been swayed by Kathy to grant Wang Wei full custody. Drama, drama, drama. Ultimately, after several months Wang Wei would have come to his senses, especially after he learned Kathy has been lying about everything . I've watched 80s dramas like Dynasty, Falcon Crest, General Hospital, etc. Those writers knew how to throw in a lot of twists and turns and mess with the characters' lives.
She miscarried when her boyfriend’s son kicked a soccer ball directly at her stomach. Now did he know that would happen? Probably not, but he didn’t like her and IMO meant to strike her.
