  • Beautiful Irish traditional tune played on low D whistle with harp and melodica. And many different spring flowers in the video ;) I've been collecting shots for this video since march :D I arranged this tune a bit untraditional, I hope you like my version.

    I downloaded it to listen to it at any time of the day and sometimes it’s my alarm ring choice. I lost it by mistake then searched you up again listening to other versions.. nobody plays it better than you do, dear. I salute you. 👋🏻

      I have a few tin whistles myself, can't really play that well, but there's another slow Irish air called - An feochan that is really beautiful. You certainly play from the heart like nobody else is around!.

    This is a very beautiful version of a lovely tune. It's your choice of course, but there's nothing wrong with using "virtual" instruments when the result is as lovely as this.

    • @TineSylkie
      @TineSylkie  Před 3 lety

      Thanks a lot! Well, anyway, it's just a very big difference between real playing and using virtual instruments. I think that real instruments make music more alive and more interesting. Although I try my best to make virtual instruments sounds like real, there's still something missing, like the soul of instrument.

    • @Reeldin58
      @Reeldin58 Před 3 lety +1

      @@TineSylkie I use a Yamaha keyboard I won't say "play" because I'm certainly not a keyboard player to get things like accordion and strings ect. on my recordings. I often begin by making a backing track using one of the onboard accompaniment styles, or programme with software called "Chordpulse Lite" (it's a free download well worth checking out). By adding a "real" guitar stum it certainly gives it a more "human" sound.
      This is a lovely version it doesn't sound "virtual" at all to me.

    • @TineSylkie
      @TineSylkie  Před 3 lety

      @@Reeldin58 Thanks, I'll try this free thing. I have two midi-keyboards "m-audio keystation", and I use them to record some parts (I'm not a keyboard player at all too :D). And after recording I just spend hours doing midi-automatization, such as articulation, ornaments, technique, volume, velocity, etc. It's different for each project, so sometimes it's enough to make a little more colors and hews, but sometimes I just work on every note to make it sound as beautiful and lively as I want.
