The Pro Flair Group launched on the 6th January 2023. It is the culmination from years of trying to teach and coach many bartenders in the world of flair bartending, including trying to constantly hone my own skills and build a career from it.

best way to progress in flair bartending is watch old videos and new and try try ...find ur own style and don t copy, practice by yourself hours and hours
This group is not about just getting better at flair. That is a small part of the skill itself. Learning how to implement it is another part of the process

Hey Tom!
I hope you don’t mind but I have a couple of questions.
I’m a total newbie to cocktails and to Flare( I’m still teaching myself the thumb roll and finger roll with my new jigger I got for Christmas), would it be worth my while joining the group at such a young stage of my journey?
I know you work all over the world so where would the group annual meet be held( as in which country)?

I think the group is beneficial for all levels, particularly newbies as they can get the info they don't normally find out until a few years down the line.
You will still have to put in the practice, but you will learn how to practice properly, what to work on, the tricks to get better and have ALL your questions answered without having to search through the internet to get a mix mash of different answers.
the yearly meet will likely be in Portugal, but that's still to be decided. We may change it up each year depending on how the group goes and perhaps even add in an extra meet where we can.
