Very interesting, looks like a fun project to do with the family. Question: can you make it with store bought milk, or do you need fresh off the farm milk straight from the cow?

Hello and I am so glad you asked! You may use any store-bought milk but you'll get a better result if you buy the best quality milk you can find. Yes, raw milk works, too, but you'll need to make a few adjustments. Using 2 t. of citric acid instead of 1.5 t. per gallon of raw milk is one adjustment. You do *not* want to use ultra-pasteurized milk, though. Hope this helps. 😃Katie
