My man actually knows how to use these guns
Some of the double barrels can only shoot one at a time because they have single triggers
And the Spas 12 can actually switch modes! From pump to semi by pressing the spell button on the pump

How do you make the npc stand still with the west armor on without it trying to end your life?

Well there is a mod called internals which add pressure points to the NPC body or another mod called Carnage Reborn if you're talking about the moment he shot the NPC with a Mauser but still got up after it it's because internals was active and possibly hit in a less lethal pressure point
