- Hello, in this video I remove and Install a dash panel on a 2013 BMW 135i Coupe.
2008-2013 BMW 128i / 135i / 135is / M1 are all similar if not identical in regards to this process.

Massive shout out to you for this video. Watched it 3 times before doing my F20 118d M-Sport. Slighty different but similar enough and managed to get it done in 4 hours (including 20+ mins trying to get the steering wheel airbag off). Couldn't have done it without this video. Thank you!
Great video it has proved to be very helpful in learning how to take out various components 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 what is that little sensor directly between the windshield and the GPS? I have creek in my dashboard that happens when I enter or exit steep driveways and the sound comes from that area, so I’m looking to take care of it.

I need to do this to remove all of that gray crayon smelling material lining the firewall. Its so strong and sticks to your person.
Is it necessary to remove the windshield to get the dash out, or could it be pulled out the passenger side?
Our 128i does not have centre screen on dash for navigation/back up etc.... can the dashboard be upgraded so that all functions worked?
Yes there’s some youtube video tutorials on it. You can have the one you put on top og your dashboard like above the ac vents.
Why would someone replace all that, was something broken or weight reduced?
Blown airbag.

No I have not. it should be pretty similar to this in general aspect.
How long did it take you to remove the dash?
that depends on personal skill level. I've done multiple dash panels therefore hit only took me 2-3 hours
