Great team, great crew to work with! Tino has worked for you in the past, you hired him to finish off the season and HE was the first one to open his wallet! Really hope to see him full-time nest season! He never has a problem working and never misses work! The crew is at its best and with Mike driving perhaps Darryl will learn some responsibility! I doubt it for he has taken his relationship with Ryan for granted! He doesn't give a care about any of his co-workers nor his son! Jr. loses out on at least one day a week, and he constantly tells co-workers that he's stopping by to fix gas leak or the alternator and never returns calls or calls to give a lame excuse! Eric has grown to be more responsible, not like last season when he was out, and he's grown because he wants to learn! Bugs is just old school and we old timers look forward to work! Great crew and I really hope that Tino gets rewarded with a job. Ryan is the best employer I have ever seen, and I would consider working for him with my CDL and previous experience in new home construction! Bless them All and ADIOS MI GENTE!

i worked on a framing crew in Denver Colorado, Arapahoe road exit off Interstate 25 south of Denver. then in Albany NY . we were a close crew. 6 of us. 2 passed away. 1 is buried in Arlington National cemetery Washington DC and another at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery in Schuylerville NY. i quit the business went on to other things. last place we worked was a 16 unit 3 story apartment house in Albany NY . Construction work is a back breaker. i like you guys. You guys remind me of the old times with Mike (Wisconsin native) deceased in Arlington, and my Brother deceased and buried in Schuylerville.

I love what you do. When I was younger and I did jobs, heat and air, and home improvement. I liked the idea of the owner and boss working in the trenches with us. Not some guy who sits behind a desk and never did the job and does know how to do the job and what is really involved and doesn't even work up a sweat. I did cement for years doing flat work to basements with my brother as a boss. If I wanted to buy a car badly and it was 3 doors down from the worksite...he would not let you go. Nice to see how everyone gets along and Ryan is a top notch boss!!!!!!!!!

He is a hard worker but I wouldn’t say the best there is more to it then just being an hard worker you also have to be personable and bugs not only isn’t very friendly but I’ve seen him toss tools I bet he can be an ashole at time most old people (men )are when they get to a certain age

Hey, ex mixer driver here,one of the best things you could get a driver is some ear muffs for sound deadening, I used to wear them makes the day a lot easier, very loud in and around a mixer, also keeps ear warm in winter. Great channel man, not many bosses or fathers like yourself… keep it up!!!
