Today Microsoft has announced plans to acquire Activision Blizzard for an eye-watering $68 Billion.

I have mixed feelings.
Take-Two and Ten Cents are actually the biggest game publisher, but Activision isn’t far behind.
Hopefully Microsoft will run it better than they did.

i feel like microsoft might try and do something with the IP, even if its in a small way like a mobile game or something. in the last few months many people have had a renewed interest in skylanders and purchasing and collecting, too! i feel like microsoft will notice this hype and try to revive the series and improve it. and now that activision is owned by a bigger company that also means they have more funding to make new games meaning they could possibly try to make a new game or just even new content in general since it wouldnt be as much of a financial blow to them as it would've been about a year or two ago.
At this point i will drain my money on everything that comes out based off skylanders

If there’s finally gonna be a new skylanders game I hope it be play on all consoles because I’m Nintendo fan
They can try with a new game but they can try to push skylanders games backwards compatible with auto hdr, 4k upscalling technologies on series X consoles.
i dont think they will bring back skylanders since the last 2 games kinda bombed in profits
They also now have Call Of Duty which they will be focusing on a lot!
I hope skylanders isn't a Xbox exclusive
