Mateo was only seven when he began winning prizes on television shows and at the age of nine, he was awarded the Revelation Prize at Spain's national music contest for kids. Just for your information. Today I saw an interview where Chanel said she has not been invited to this year Eurovision because apparently she didn't fit in the style that Eurovision has this year.
Chanel was not invited by BBC because they think that she isn't appropriate for the BBC Eurovision audience. And my question is: If Chay were a gay man or a drag queen would they do the same? I don't think so because everybody blamed against BBC for homophobia, but she is a woman, and in this planet women matter always less than males.

The reasons given by the BBC for not inviting Chanel are: That she is a very sensual type of artist, what's more they have classified her as a sensual diva, noting that she is not suitable for the type of show they want to offer with "Eurovision"
