Michael Hunter the original P5 had Joker (and makoto for some reason?) use beneath the mask. Weirdly Futaba had Tokyo daylight which makes arguably less sense.

@@justscrollinginthecomments7930 yeah i purchased the ones off of the Persona 5 homepage (not sure if these are on the royal one) i bought the Joker and Futaba but the songs are reversed and they dont have dynamic backgrounds its just a picture of the character that changes when you go up or stay on the home screen.
I do hope those themes come out in the U.S. I definitely would buy Kasumi's theme, but Makoto and Lavenza wouldn't be bad either. And obviously Joker too.
azarel 88 yep. The phantom thieves addition comes with a theme that plays colors flying high and has all of the phantom thieves in a kind of circle, but with that persona charm on the lower part. The top part has the promotional art. Too bad phantom thieves addition is 150 DOLLARS!
Futabas is the most calming and relaxing. Love that its raining as well in her theme. Gives that sense of stay home, drink a hot cup of coffee, watch the rain drizzle.

I really wish you could mix and match the visuals with the songs. I'd like to use the Lavenza visuals but would much rather hear the songs used in Ann, Makoto, or Haru's themes as opposed to the Velvet Room. I hear it enough during fusion.
I would go for Makoto with Futaba's song on my side if it were possible. I'm currently thorn between those two and Lavenza... kind of tired of ps1 anniversary theme by now :P

God I love the Maruki theme, and it's awesome that you get them for simply playing Royal. I didn't even realize these were a thing until I found the email. Just got Maruki's and Lavenza/twins for getting platinum.
For those in the US who still havent gotten them, I highly suggest you contact ps support and enter a live chat with an employee. I told them that I havent yet received any and they sent me the voucher code for the themes and avatars that Im currently suppose to have so far
@@andrewlopez9806 You're suppose to get them after beating certain palaces and 100% the game. The first batch of themes you get are earned by beating kamoshidas palace, the 2nd batch when you beat futaba's palace, 3rd I believe is after beating maruki's palace, and the last batch is by unlocking all the trophies of the game
@@dzikri4729 you get them in like bundles, for example when you beat kamoshida’s palace you will get a code for joker, ryuji, ann, and morgana. And when you beat futaba’s palace you get yusuke, makoto, and futaba. And lastly when you get a platinum you get caroline/justine, lavenza , and maruki. 😁

I got some of these for free in an email from Sony for beating Kamoshida's palace... And it looks like they will be sending the rest of these too for other palaces beaten. Already have the Platinum, so we'll have to wait and see...
Acyrix Corrupt You get some after beating Kamoshida, Then some for futabas palace, then some after finishing the game. To my knowledge, Sony sucks ass at delivering them on time.
Only themes I've ever gotten have come with games I purchased digitally... But these look so good! I really love Lavenza's and Akechi's. If only Joker's music track was more subdued...
Guys I have to say that those themes are not only available in Japan, if you get and complete each trophy of Persona 5 Royal, you get codes in your e-mail where you get codes to redeem all of those themes plus avatars!!!!

I didn't see this on the comments so on the western version of the games this bundles are all free as you progress the game you will receive an email from Sony with a code to download them there are 4 different emails
In case you didn’t know, you can get access to these themes For Free if you have a copy of persona 5 royal and certain achievements! All you have to do is sign up for the PlayStation newsletter and then talk to PlayStation customer support and they will help you get them. The achievements are Beat castle palace Beat pyramid palace Beat mementos palace And the platinum trophy You get a couple themes and avatar pictures from every achievement. Also, if you didn’t get these achievements yet then PlayStation can you send an email that contains the code for some themes upon earning the achievement. Just make sure you sign up for the newsletter! Hope this helps people get these awesome themes!

if you want these themes and avatars in the west you need a PS4 newsletter account and you need to complete The first place,The second palace,The last palace,The platinum trophy and then you need to wait 14 days to get the email. If you don't get it then you need to contact PlayStation support
Hello Playstation, I have earned the trophies required to get the Ps4 themes but have not recieved the themes. The 14 days period has been completed for all trophies apart from one (The Platinum one). I have sent the screenshots to verify this. Solution: I have searched through other forums and found that many people had encountered the same issues as me. Many of them had emailed Playstation support and had the Themes for the following Trophies: "Castle of Lust: Seized" "Pyramid of Wrath: Plundered" "The Thorough Trickster" "The Phenomenal Phantom Thief" Put on to their Accounts without the code required. I understand that some of the themes might not work as the codes for them are limited. But I will be satisfied with the ones I can still get. So can I request that the Themes get added to my Account. Thank you Playstation for following through with such a request and I hope you have a great Day. Thanks again, from This is how I got mine. Try something along the lines of this and attach screenshots (of your trophies with your ps4 ID from the trophy section on your ps4 menu) to increase chances.

Just wanted to let people know that these themes are available to REDEEM when you progress through the game. You should get an email from PlayStation allowing you to redeem these themes from the store. I hope this helps you guys!!!

These themes are amazing, some of the best ever made, but unfortunately I didn't get my themes and when I contacted PS support they said they were "out of stock" like what how its a theme

@@Kagetora- Did you finish all the palaces? Since you need to progress through the game to get the others. Hmm.. and as I remember each one of them came to my email on a diffrent day not at the same time yet that depends on where you at in the game.

I love all persona 5 themes on the PlayStation 4, way much better than any other ps4 themes out their!
Only themes I've ever gotten have come with games I purchased digitally... But these look so good! I really love Lavenza's and Akechi's. If only Joker's music track was more subdued...

Guys I have to say that those themes are not only available in Japan, if you get and complete each trophy of Persona 5 Royal, you get codes in your e-mail where you get codes to redeem all of those themes plus avatars!!!!

@@Master_Viccc The original P5 themes came out a week later after the release so i'm hoping its the same with Royal but keep in mind that there's a chance the themes will stay exclusive since that's what happened with Catherine Full Body the themes stayed exclusive... its been a week now since Royal got released hopefully we'll get these themes in the next coming days

I didn't see this on the comments so on the western version of the games this bundles are all free as you progress the game you will receive an email from Sony with a code to download them there are 4 different emails

You can earn these theme in gift during the play. Sony will sent you a code for your progression.

In case you didn’t know, you can get access to these themes For Free if you have a copy of persona 5 royal and certain achievements! All you have to do is sign up for the PlayStation newsletter and then talk to PlayStation customer support and they will help you get them.
The achievements are
Beat castle palace
Beat pyramid palace
Beat mementos palace
And the platinum trophy
You get a couple themes and avatar pictures from every achievement.
Also, if you didn’t get these achievements yet then PlayStation can you send an email that contains the code for some themes upon earning the achievement. Just make sure you sign up for the newsletter!

The first place,The second palace,The last palace,The platinum trophy and then you need to wait 14 days to get the email.
If you don't get it then you need to contact PlayStation support
If it does come to the west, im sure as hell getting Futaba's theme because of the music alone

Hello Playstation, I have earned the trophies required to get the Ps4 themes but have not recieved the themes.
The 14 days period has been completed for all trophies apart from one (The Platinum one). I have sent the screenshots to verify this.
Solution:
I have searched through other forums and found that many people had encountered the same issues as me. Many of them had emailed Playstation support and had the Themes for the following Trophies:
"Castle of Lust: Seized"
"Pyramid of Wrath: Plundered"
"The Thorough Trickster"
"The Phenomenal Phantom Thief"
Put on to their Accounts without the code required. I understand that some of the themes might not work as the codes for them are limited. But I will be satisfied with the ones I can still get. So can I request that the Themes get added to my Account.

This is how I got mine. Try something along the lines of this and attach screenshots (of your trophies with your ps4 ID from the trophy section on your ps4 menu) to increase chances.
@Al987 Unfortuante. Im from the UK im guessing that different countries have different limited codes? I got akechi, sumires and harus on the first try so I dont know how to help apart from trying again. Hopefully your satisfied for the ones you already have.

Just wanted to let people know that these themes are available to REDEEM when you progress through the game. You should get an email from PlayStation allowing you to redeem these themes from the store. I hope this helps you guys!!!

Well there's no Persona 4 dynamic themes.
I decided to risk it and buy a japanese ps card at playasia just to get these themes. It's my first time buying something from the japanese store too and I say it was worth it !

You need to finish the game to get the others, I platinumed the game and got all if them through email codes

They won't be. They're releasing them for free. But you have to have completed some requirements and have ps4 emails on. Check the spam emails section too
