In this Au,
Jake, as Tsukasa was so traumatized in the WxS, was disbanded, and Jake had been in multiple therapy because of that. His siblings understand him because of his past (which Jake got bullied too). Only Nene knows Tsukasa's trauma while other two don't know about this.
This is how Rui and Emu got jealous on how Tsukasa & Nene got super close to each other (jealous bf and gf)
And Nene got an idea and to tell to the Tenma siblings that they should make their brother, Tsukasa had a break and go back in America once he grew up. The other Tenma siblings just agreed to Nene's idea. But Saki knows that his brother also had friends there that who aren't okay with.. But she is worried to from her brother's condition.
So for few days the Tenma siblings called the Sterling Family that they will be in their care for a while (The Sterling Family was a family's friend to the Tenma Family and they became more family than their, because the Tenma's parents always busy with their works & not paying attention to their kids they maybe provided house, clothes and food but not love, care and attention to their own flesh and blood kids).
Tsukasa notices his siblings was always on the phone and he notices saki packing up some clothes and he realizes that they are going somewhere else. But he didn't know yet until they got in the airport, he remembers the call that his old friend in America about confession so he is happy that they are going back in America (After his siblings tells to him while they are going inside the airplane.)
