I read something similar yesterday on Instagram. The person said it’s as if they realise that the privilege they experienced as men is not afforded them as trans women. They want it back but at the expense of us, when most of us just want to live in peace.

Regardless of how we appear outwardly, our nature in its truest form is bound to present itself eventually.
Thank you Claudia for speaking the truth from the perspective of so many women (biologically born women). Statements like that saying "we gatekeep periods" was ridiculous and irresponsible. I have no issues with people identifying however they want to. However, when those same people want to dictate and define womanhood to a demographic who are actually born as female, that's teetering on the scale of maschony. Women already have had to deal with being the underclass in a patriarchal society, only for now trans women to try and put us in our "place" too? Enough is enough. I have never had an issue with respecting the trans woman experience. But not while diminishing what we go through as natural women.

I have observed this too. I thought transwomen outnumbered transmen because we never hear this nonsense from transmen. Turns out they’re roughly the same percentage of the population. This new phenomenon of "trans women," basically overstepping boundaries into the realm of what constitutes a woman, is unnerving, tiresome, and bothersome. I have the right to feel what I feel as a biological woman. My gender wasn't assigned to me just because. DNA, hormones, chromosomes, and genitalia determined my gender. And there isn't anything anyone can say to change that. Basic biology we all learned in grammar school. What's changed? Just because some trans women wish something to be so doesn't make it so. I'm a complete woman, nothing cis about it. I have reapect for the LGBTQ+, but this is on another level.

Not many people are talking about the fact Jamie Foxx has to protect his brand and his ability to work. I think he chose to be quiet so that the studios’ would not have an excuse to drop him or allow insurance to be an excuse. These studios will not hire actors who cannot be insured. I used to go through my husband’s phone, in the beginning not looking for nothing and never found anything, but I would get pissed of with some conversations he had with friends. Many years ago I decided not to do it, it’s rude and hurtful for ur spouse to not trust you. He never gave me any reasons to doubt him, i even apologized and told him I would never do it again and that I trust him 100% (which I do) not all men cheat, not all men are doing dirt and I prefer to believe (i know so) I have a wonderful husband! The divide is obvious and the one-sided relationship that we have with a bunch of communities.Funky declined to say anything however, on his Instagram, he made a obvious post that basically stated his stance that he stands with the trans community. The outright hatred towards women has got to stop.
What Claudia was describing was the cognitive dissonance that black women experience when trying to support and love ALL Women while holding on to what makes us who we are. I think at the root of all of this, specifically for natural born black women, is that our essence and identity is often taken and adapted by others whether it be other races, ethnicities, or the lgbtqia community. When it is packaged by others, it is loved, respected and admired, but when it comes to us, we often are not on the receiving end of the benefits in the same way. And then told that our feelings are invalid or more over that we are jealous, insecure, racist, transphobic ect.

I can’t imagine the turmoil someone is going through that they become envious of something that can be so painful and so unknown, such as periods or what comes along with womanhood (such as birth). I understand Claudia’s display of the passion because misinformation can create changes that become oppressive. Women were (and some can argue with the recent laws are currently) previously OPRESSED. Fact period hard stop. There is no possibility or it was in our mind the fact that women were previously oppressed. If we don’t learn from history we have and will continuously repeat it!

I have a transgender woman cousin & we no longer speak. She has become so angry since the surgery about putting family in their place about her new transformation. We make one slip & catch hell. Finally, I told her that it took you 30 yrs to come to terms with this & we will need more than 30 min to catch up. Both of us got heated & I said no matter what you snip, nip & tuck you will still be a refurbished woman & not factory settings woman. So, miss me with the outrage! So, thank you Claudia!

I wish I could pass my biological woman issues on to all these trans people that want them so bad. They don’t even have a CLUE!!!!!!!! Being a natural born woman is not a glamourous experience. It is DIFFICULT!!!!!!! Everyday I question why God placed all these burdens on us. Is she for real????

Social media can act like a sick vacuum you know what I mean? We as women can’t & shouldn’t always have to assume the ‘helper’ role but won’t taking on more negativity just make us more stressed? I have to say something that nobody will say. Jamie Foxx or nobody else has to let us know what is going on with them. That man had a medical emergency. GOD knows what he was dealing with. Whether he was quiet or said anything people would still have something to say. I think his family did the right thing by covering and protecting his peace and recovery. It just shows that we believe what we want to believe about people. We'll come up with something even when the person is saying absolutely nothing. I'm glad you're doing better Jamie!
I agree 100%.. This man spoke like someone that was on their deathbed or had a near death experience. He did not think he was gonna make it. And how do you tell someone when to speak after that?

Nah, Claudia the trans woman said “CIS” women don’t own periods (that would include “trans men,” right?). That means they’re indicating biological women don’t own periods-which is stupid.
I think the Rachel Dolezal comparison was on point. It’s the same thing. I feel like a woman. I feel black. But for some reason that I still can’t quite grasp, we’ve accepted one in our society but not the other. Not looking to get in the weeds on this topic but we are actually more genetically different races than genders. But stating that seems to get some people upset so I’ll shut up. 😅
Cis means you identify as the gender you were born as . Which by definition Trans men are not Cis because they identify as men not women
@ronm9453 no we are not. XX and XY are two totally different things. XX=ovaries XY=testicles XX=uterus XY=prostate XX=Fallopian tubes XY=Vas deferens. Men don't have cervixes. Races can have genetic anamolies like hair and eye color which can occur regardless of Race which is why I get upset when people try to use black women having blonde hair or blue eyes as them trying to appropriate Caucasian culture when in actuality we have the eve gene
