Got up in 4 hours sleep this morning. That old mindset telling me my back down. It doesn’t tell me to call in it’s got smarter than that. Now it tells me just lay there for a minute and then i lose all the momentum. Well this am I got up. Got dressed and went on a run. My mind told me it would be harder then the last time we’ll it lied. It was easier. And it’s always easier. I feel so amazing now that it’s over. I walk through the door and the verse in this goes fuck your broken body. Fuck your unmotivated mind. And yeah. THATS why I listen to motiversity . Have a great day everyone!

Was so excited after my first day starting a new job. Been feeling real out of it and useless and finding that was a nice refreshing bit of existence. Apparently today the employee that was leaving decided to stay, thus eliminating my position and rendering me back to nothing to do and feeling useless. I’m a 33 year old who has been through hell and back and I just keep trying to smile through it. But I’m feeling defeated today. I’m feeling deflated. Let me FEEL it this time, so that God can see I need his help and power to defeat everything against me. I trust you God.
