The investigation agency did not found a single evidence against Barcelona. What most people are failing to understand is that it is not Barcelona who has to provide evidence but the Spanish prosecutors that barca was paying with the intention of influencing their games. Barcelona has already publicly said that they were paying the amount to get technical reports, And the concerned person to whom this amount was paid did not have the right to decide which referee would do refereeing to which game and influence them. It is up to the Spanish prosecutors to give proof that amount paid by Barcelona influenced the games. Till now they have publicly said that there is no proof. And as or laporta's statement against Madrid, well it was Perez who started first by releasing the statement that they are going to be part of a trial. Real Madrid had to wait till prosecutors had proof how Barcelona benefited. Again NO SUCH PROOF IS THERE WITH THE PROSECUTERS. So as the saying goes INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. This was between barca and prosecutors. , Madrid should not have responded until the Court wanted them too. As for the fight between 2 clubs, well it is a pity. Look at Premier league they are looking to expand their market in asian countries so that they can increase their revenues. Man city is travelling to India this year, other top PL clubs are promoting their clubs outside europe. But look at what spain's 2 biggest clubs are doing. Both of them show know that they need super league to fight against privately owned PL clubs. They should remember that all PL clubs left them at the time of super league backlash but only they were standing with each other. Rivalry is good only up to a certain point. Together they are stronger, together the brand el classico is strong. Not alone. Player should fight each other, banter etc. but the board should be clam not give into egoistic battles.
So we can say that Franco was not against Barcelona or any other clubs in Spain .. But he favours Real madrid and provides funds and all to them so that they can become the best in Europe..

I totally agree with you but the thing is that while the whole world was slandering barca and there was no evidence of barca paying the refs but yet real Madrid held and meeting and decided that we are going to target barca because they are in a corner right now so real Madrid said in a statement that we are harmed by refs helping barca in the process and that was completely uncalled for from real's side without any evidence there.
