This is very true, you can see the big difference in power when you make the relax stance plus forward followthrough on your shots. China's fundamentals are perfect for attacking players.
It may have been expedient to translate live Chinese to English but hearing the audio of both languages simultaneously is confusing for those who understand both languages. A suggestion is to have two videos, one with Chinese audio (no English audio) and English subtitles. The second video with audio of the spoken English track and maybe Chinese captions and perhaps keep the Chinese audio volume very low in the background to get the cadence of Xu Xin's instructions. This would make it more beneficial to use the viewers.
Tension on the arm is taught a lot, but incorrect. It's misleading because tension on the arm seems to lead to reliability of rubbing the ball and that can easily be mistaken for quality. But Xu Xin is so correct about relax when preparing, and then make the shot from just before contact. Tension robs us of ability to accelerate so well. A completely different quality of loop is easy to experience for anyone. Then as the ball comes back, you relax again.
Tensing the arm before contacting will limit your power. Actually the core of power generation is having good acceleration mechanics, which is what XX points out here.
@@winniesuwarni874 I try to do the same - only tense everything just in the moment you hit the ball, so about 0,25 sec. And for me, yes, everything at the same time...I don't see how I could control that separately. Making this shorter will mean your other movements are smoother...your core will rotate better if you don't tense.

Guys, I'm playing penhold. Tell me.. I still can't find the place to guide my hand and wrist when doing forehead.. I can't figure out why when I grab xu xin, I can't hit the table steadily from the right. (in that regard, I can't feel the correctness of the blow) Thank you in advance and thanks for the video!!!

I'm learning alot from these videos, you guys are doing a great job
Wow , a private lesson with no less than Xu Xin ...that is super-duper. Thank you.
Tip: you should learn how to generate forehand power from Penholder (Ryu Seungmin, Xu Xin, Wang Hao,...) 'cuz they are the best in doing it

can you make a sub, not a dub? I would love to hear xuxin speak
Cant love this channel more if you can increase the quality of videos
yeah,I want it too, but, they are all from 9:16,phone live stream😅
thanks!I got a way to improve resolution😁
Can't love this remark more if you learnt how to speak English.
amateurish video production, pls don't talk over if there are subtitles!
Actually, native speaker and I just wanted to hear bro talk, or just read captions either edit out his voice or don’t dub
He has downloaded video from weibo or something and then did English voiceover. So be grateful
Always keep the arm easy till contact to explode? What about pre-tension in the wrist?
It might be different on penhold

@@CalvinAytchdoes it apply strictly on forehand? And by tensing...does it apply to only arm? Or wrist too?

I would recommend not translating literally... the English is grammatically correct but contextually doesn't make sense.
the voice over is annoying
